Bhaskar Majumdar: Non Executive Director
Bhaskar is Managing Principal of Heath Ventures (www.heathventures.com), a Dubai based early stage holding company and incubator of technology and media businesses. Through Heath Ventures, he has funded The Solis Consulting Group as he believes that there is a clear potential in global outsourcing model for the Real Estate market and within the utilities service offerings. At Elara Capital, he established the global advisory practice. Prior to that, he sold Recreate Solutions, the digital media services company he founded and ran for five years. He grew the company to become a leading provider of interactive services across US, UK and India and exited the business through a trade sale.
Prior to founding Recreate Solutions he was the Chief Operating Officer of Altavista’s European broadband arm based in London. Before that Bhaskar served as Managing Director of International Operations with Zee Multimedia Worldwide Ltd, the leading Newscorp backed Asian Television Network in the world and grew the business in UK, Americas and Africa. Bhaskar has over 17 years of commercial experience and domain expertise in the TMT sector in publishing, broadcasting and new media across Europe, Asia and Americas.
He is graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology and has attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is a Chartered member of TIE.
He is on the Board of a WPP Company, Venture back pre-IPO technology company and a BSE listed Broadcasting Company

KC Suri: Non Executive Director
KC Suri is the owner and chairman of Reel Cinemas UK Limited, an leading independent chain of independent cinemas across the UK. KC brings many years of experience in UK creating and running businesses within the property and real estate sector to the board and provides advisory and key operational assets to the Company

Kay Khan: Managing Director
Kay worked as a key hedge fund manager for RP Capital, a £2.5bn emerging market hedge fund based in London focusing on real estate transactions. At RP Capital, Kay managed Atlas Estates Limited which included the Hilton Hotel and Millennium Plaza in Poland. Kay also created the fund which constructed and owned the Novotel Hotels in India, raising over £100 mn of global equity and signing Accor as the hotel operator. Kay has worked extensively with large asset managers and within corporate finance at KPMG; he has worked on the sale of Be Broadband to 02, the listing of Cheyne Capital on the LSE, the merger of Towergate and Folgate (Insurance) and structured the Post Office’s triple play offering to the market.
Kay has also set up an energy consulting business (Student Utility Advisors) for the students of Nottingham University, which he had exited and has a complete understanding of the utilities trading market

Arthur Fernadaez: Legal Counsel
Arthur, head of the Commercial Department and a partner in Rochman Landau, qualified in 1985. He practised as an attorney in Zimbabwe, and was legal advisor to a number of multi-national corporations in Southern Africa including the Anglo American Corporation, BAT, Coca-Cola, Costain, Dun and Bradstreet, Mobil Oil, Nestle and Standard Chartered Bank
Fluent in French and Portuguese (and also well-versed in Spanish, Italian, German and several African and Asian languages), Arthur spent a number of years studying law and philiosphy in Switzerland. Arthur is a member of Rochman Landau's Corporate Recovery and Insolvency Departments as well as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. Our commercial property team acts for both landlords and tenants of commercial premises. He has considerable expertise on all property issues and have advised investors, lenders, companies and public bodies on Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals; Hotel, restaurant and leisure properties; Portfolio management for companies, trusts and pension schemes; Option deals and collaborations in relation to developable land; New build projects involving building contracts and warranties; Funding schemes and Property development including financing arrangements negotiating contracts and contractual relationships option agreements and development claw-back arrangements

Liz Oxlade: Group Accountant
Liz has over fifteen years of accounting experience in various mid-sized firms. She is a qualified accountant and has a Business Admistration Masters from the Loughborough University. Liz has worked with 3R property and Leisure as the head of accounts and brings many valuable assets to the Solis Consulting Group

Hassan Shah: Head of Pricing
Hassan worked for RP Capital; a £2.5bn EMEA focused hedge fund. During his time there, Hassan produced management accounts and strategic reports for Atlas Estates Limited, a real estate fund based in Central Eastern Europe listed on the AIM and WSE markets. Hassan also worked extensively on the India Blue Mountains fund that created 5 Novotel branded hotels in India. Hassan worked extensively for the Russian Trading and Operations team and has extensive experience at trading Commodities, primarily Oil
Hassan has a Masters degree in ‘Corporate Finance and Quantitative Techniques’ and has extensive experience working for HSBC globally. His strong IT, accounting and commodity pricing knowledge are a great asset for the Solis Team

Adam Qureshi: Customer Relationship Manager
Adam Quershi has worked extensively with major travel companies, energy companies and retail groups. Adam has helped to launch new products across the UK and has achieved industry awards for his work with Kuoni Travel Agency. Adam has over 10 years of industry experience at understanding the needs of consumers and suppliers and how to ensure their expectations are met. Adam has a bachelor degree in Business Finance and in his spare time is a certified open water diver
