The Solis Consulting Group was appointed by Reel Cinemas to reduce the cost of their utilities across 11 cinemas and 2 hotels
Solis Consulting collected all historic bills and spoke to the existing suppliers to determine all details, such as contract end dates, current unit rates, standing charges, half hourly data, and specific site details. Solis Consulting then produced an annual analysis of the utility usage and cost for each site, this was
submitted to the finance controller along with advised accounting entries. The finance controller agreed with the figures and confirmed the accounting entries
Solis Consulting created a client report which is required in order to undergo a tender process. The Reel Cinema client report was then grouped together with 3 other client reports to form a contract value in excess of £1,000,000. The client reports were submitted to each of our supplier partners who were requested to provide a live price. The cheapest live price was then secured and contracts were issued on the same day to each client. Each client signed the new contracts resulting in significant cost savings
The savings for Reel Cinemas was £115,944 (30%), we reduced the number of suppliers used from 8 to 2 and advised on smart meters across non half hourly sites organising all prices and installation. |

Solis Consulting analysed over 40 meters for KBC arranging the cheapest tariff for all meters, beating directly quoted prices. KBC as result saved over £50,000 per annum
Solis also looked into excessive bills received by current energy suppliers. Solis through their close relationship and expert procurement service reduced the bill payable by £7,248.57. Solis also looked into newly acquired premises helping to rearrange contracts and ensure billing was accurately calculated
