The key areas we provide expert advice are;
1. New installations and sub meters

For clients that require new meters installed we contact the local electricity board and help to manage any infrastructure work required (including quote management and efficient construction work). For multi-tenant clients we provide our specialist electrical partners (CA Sothers LTD) to install meters that enable the energy usage to be accurately measured, this enables accurate bills to be charged to tenants
2. Meter assessments

For clients where energy usage is high compared to the profile class of the energy meter our team will advise on more appropriate meters and the process for installation
3. Invoice validation

Our team will provide invoice validation to our clients for present bills and retrospective bills to ensure any historic over charging results in refunds and to ensure that negotiated rates have been applied
4. KVA analysis and Reactive Power Corrections

Our team will analyse the supply capacity of sites to ensure the KVA level is not set too high. Our specialist electrical partners will determine the correct level and will speak to the LEB to adjust the level

Our team will analyze any reactive power charges and our specialist electrical partners can correct this charge through the installation of 'Reactive Power' correction equipment. Reactive power’ is electricity paid for but not consumed primarily because it is supplied to inefficient equipment
5. A single point of contact: Our client account manager will be at hand to discuss any issues you may experience with utility suppliers, with key contacts in each major UK energy supplier and past experience our account managers are able to resolve issues quickly and efficiently on your behalf
